CELEBRATING THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST MOON LANDING, AEXA WAS INVITED TO BE PART OF THE JURY AND HAD THE PLEASSURE TO OFFER ONE OF THE GREATEST PRIZES IMAGINABLE, THE SENDING OF THE PROJECT TO THE MISSE MMODULE ON THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION FOR SPACE RESEARCH

WHAT FOR?

WHY DID THE PROJECTS WERE SENT TO THE MISSE MODULE SPACE?
Sending the experiments to the MISSE module allows us to obtain results regarding its components that, through traditional research would have taken years to acknowledge, being exposed in the ISS for a year the samples suffer a wear and tear that they would present in 15 or 16 years here on Earth, this due to the extreme conditionsof the space such as high solar radiation, UV, electromagnetic, temperature changes, among others. 
If materials withstand extreme conditions in space without significant disruption, a minimum life span can be guaranteed here on Earth, saving a lot of time and money. ​
