He was one of the driving forces behind the law that created the Mexican Space Agency (AEM). He owns a Cybernetics and Computer Systems Engineering degree from Universidad La Salle and an International Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration from FUNDESEM Business School in Spain.
With over 20 years of experience in satellite communications projects, some have been implemented in Mexico, Japan, and Russia. He has taken part in countless television programs, conferences, and massive events, encouraging young people to develop projects in science and technology. In 2019, he was an international judge in History Channel’s program: "Una Idea para Cambiar la Historia, 6th edition". In which AEXA contributes by sending experiments to the MISSE module in the International Space Station; this program aims to contribute that these innovative Latin American projects can be enhanced and be better than they were conceived. |
